HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS IN ULTNER BROT
The finest quality starts with the selection of ingredients. At Ultner Brot, we use only the best organic grains for our organic bread. Our whole grain flour is freshly milled in our in-house stone mill just before baking. We take nothing away from the grain and add nothing to it. This way, all the valuable nutrients remain intact—100% organic whole grain flour.
For our baked goods, we use the purest spring water from our own source. It originates in the Ulten mountains at 1,600 meters above sea level. For our whole grain breads, we use unrefined rock crystal salt, which lies 400 to 600 meters underground in the Himalayas, naturally protected from any environmental influences.

Our Ultner organic & whole grain bread is made without additives, following organic guidelines (EGVO 2092/91). By doing so, we support organic farming and actively contribute to environmental protection.
Organic means avoiding chemical-synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and artificial fertilizers.
